Online well-being classes

Due to restrictions our Group Classes will continue to run online for the foreseeable future.

To book Simply select the session type you would like to attend and the calendar will pop up showing availability and classes in BOLD. For multiple bookings simply complete one booking and purchase at a time.

Group Online Classes: Please check the calendar as they will appear at different times and dates. You will access the live classes via the link sent in your email. Classes with Roanna can be booked via the links below, you will be redirected to her website to take your class bookings and payments.


All of our Online 1-1 Sessions and Classes are brought to use by an easy to use App called ‘Zoom’, which can be used on either your phone, tablet or laptop.

Online live-stream meditation and relaxation sessions

Every Monday - 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Learn how to de-stress, reduce anxiety and unwind. Your session will be perfectly balanced between guided meditation following by laying relaxation. Your session will be live streamed using our business Zoom app.

On booking you will be emailed the access code to take part in the live video session.

Try relaxation, mindfulness and meditation techniques that can be built into your daily activities to give you a greater control over your everyday life. Simply set up your space so you have something comfortable to sit on, whether its the sofa or cushions on the floor.

Have a blanket and if you have one an eye pillow or something to place over your eyes for the second half of your session. You will be able to see your teacher and they will be able to see you (although you do have the option to turn off your video if you prefer to).

Online livestream Yoga Nidra:

1 x Friday Per Month

The healing practice of conscious sleeping. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practised to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.

Your session will be live streamed using our business Zoom app.

Online live yoga classes

Every Monday - 5pm - 6pm

Beginners strength and relaxation for mind and body

Yoga encourages a sense of dedication and commitment to all that you desire for yourself. Self care and regular nourishment is the only way to build strong yoga foundations.

Gentle Healing Yoga  includes a traditional style of teaching. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), and mediation, which help bring peace to the mind and body. As a senior yoga teacher trainer I use yoga as a modality to heal, energise and strengthen.

This online class is a wonderful way to re introduce you to your yoga practice or if you enjoy learning with depth and understanding. As a life coach and lover of yogic philosophy your class experience will lovingly include verbal easy to follow adjustments, prescriptive poses to meet your needs.
