The healing practice of conscious sleeping. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.

Your session will be live streamed using our business Zoom app.

On booking you will be emailed the access code to take part in the live video session.

Details on how to download and log into your livestream classes can be found on the online services page/tab.

Simply set up your space so you have something comfortable to lay on, whether its the sofa or cushions on the floor.

Have a blanket and if you have one an eye pillow or something to place over your eyes for the second half of your session.

You will be able to see your teacher and they will be able to see you (although you do have the option to turn off your video if you prefer to).
