Every member of the Barn Mews Well-being Team is carefully selected and professionally trained to ensure they complement and enhance the environment that has been so carefully crafted for our valued clients. Each therapist has a unique and special approach and is dedicated to taking great care of you during your session.
Samantha Furmanski (BSc HcPC)
Samantha Furmanski
Sam is the founder of Barn Mews Well-Being Clinic. Sam is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist since 2012 and has spent the last eight years working on her own knowledge and experience for the benefit of her clients. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapy (FHT) and is highly driven in her role.
Being passionate about her role as a sports massage therapist has allowed her to strive to give all of her clients a personalised service every time. With individual treatment, advice and support they are able to achieve the goals they require.
As well as Massage, Sam provides a holistic experience with Thai Reflexology and Luxury Facials.
Sam also qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2013 and is an active member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. She is also registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and works with private hospitals. With this she works closely with Orthopaedic Consultants specialising in orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation.
Sam additionally has a special interest in treatment for Vertigo and is a specialist in Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Jo
Jo is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist since 2009 and has a Level 4 diploma in Sports Massage as well as an advanced massage diploma.
Jo is extremely passionate about Sports Massage Therapy. Jo also brings Reflexology, Hot Stones, Heated Bamboo Massage and Facials to her skill mix. Jo brings great experience and passion to her role here at Barn Mews Clinic.
Norma-Jean Wyngard
Norma-Jean is a qualified Massage therapist with over twenty years experience in soft tissue mobilisation, Deep tissue massage and Sports Massage. She has worked alongside Osteopaths and Chiropractors in her career which lead to her interest in developing her skill set.
She has been training at the British School of Osteopathy Community Clinics providing professional osteopathic care in the HIV, Expectant Mothers and Homeless clinics. Norma-Jean is passionate about health and well-being and promoting this using a range of techniques including her massage therapy.
Norma is additionally a qualified Osteopath bringing even more knowledge to her skill base.
Toni
Toni is a qualified Level 3 Holistic Massage Therapist. and a member of the guild of holistic therapists with knowledge of deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release techniques.
Toni has a keen interest in women’s health and wellbeing with experience in pre and post natal massage and lymphatic drainage.
Toni looks forward to bringing her experience and expertise to the clients at Barn Mews Clinic.
Susan
Susan is an experienced Holistic Therapist with knowledge of deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and facial treatments.
Susan has a keen interest in wellbeing with experience in a variety of massages including hot stones & lymphatic drainage. Susan is also a yoga & Pilates instructor.
Susan looks forward to bringing her experience and expertise to the clients at Barn Mews Clinic.
